Why do we ask for property verification?

SA Landlord Connect is a dedicated platform created exclusively for landlords and property owners. To protect our landlord community and the integrity of the information and resources available on the platform, we need to verify that applicants are genuinely involved in property ownership or rental property management. We only request sufficient information to complete this verification. You are not required to upload your title deed.

PROPERTY VERIFICATION

To help us verify that SA Landlord Connect membership is being issued to a genuine landlord or property owner, please provide details of at least one rental property you own or manage.

You may upload a recent municipal rates/property account or another suitable document linking you to the property. You are not required to upload your title deed. Please redact or cover any banking details or other information that is not relevant to property verification.

By registering, you agree to our terms. Membership activation is subject to approval and payment verification.
