This is a courteous reminder that the rental amount shown above remains outstanding. In terms of the lease agreement, rental is payable in full on or before the agreed due date.

If you are unable to pay the full amount
You must submit a formal written payment-arrangement request before the deadline above. The request must state the amount you can pay immediately, the proposed payment dates and the reason for the shortfall. A request is not automatically approved and repeated short or partial payments cannot continue as an informal arrangement.
If payment has already been made, please disregard this reminder and forward proof of payment so that the account can be updated.
If neither payment nor an approved written arrangement is received by the deadline, the matter may be dealt with further in accordance with the lease agreement and applicable South African law.
This document is a payment reminder and is not, by itself, a notice of breach or cancellation unless expressly stated otherwise.
