Only submit information where there is an appropriate lawful basis and a legitimate, relevant purpose. Do not include allegations, insults, discriminatory comments, rumours or information that cannot reasonably be supported.

Identifying information must be protected and should not be displayed publicly merely because a reference exists. Tenants must have an accessible correction and dispute process.
