I, ___________________________________ (Applicant Name), hereby authorize the landlord or their appointed agent to conduct a comprehensive background check as part of my rental application.

This includes, but is not limited to: obtaining a credit report with ITC/Experian/TransUnion, contacting previous landlords for reference checks, and verifying employment status and income.
